Corrections to your details

If your business name, address, phone number, website, hours, or service list is inaccurate on your listing, you can request a correction. We update factual fields when you provide the correct information and supply something we can verify it against, such as your website or your Google Business Profile. Once a correction is applied, it persists through future data refreshes. We do not hand-edit fields subjectively; corrections must reference a public source that backs them up.

Disputing your score

A score dispute is a claim that the underlying data is wrong. This means the listing is linked to the wrong business, your Google reviews are being attributed to you incorrectly, or a review summary misstates what reviewers actually wrote. We do not hand-edit scores to raise or lower them. If you believe the data feeding your score is incorrect, we re-check the sources and regenerate your listing. A dispute is not a request for a better number; it is a correction to the record.

Requesting removal

We remove listings when a business has permanently closed, when it is a duplicate entry, or when it falls outside the scope of this directory. Our monthly re-verification cycle automatically detects and removes closed businesses. If your business is active and your listing is accurate and in scope, a removal request will be declined. You will receive a plain explanation of why.

How long it takes

Every request receives an acknowledgment within 5 business days. Confirmed removals are processed within 7 days. Declined requests include the reason.
